Got a message saying that I canceled my membership but I didn't!

I don't want to cancel my membership. Don't know why I got a message saying 'sorry to see you go'!? Tried to call you but couldn't get through.

I dont even have a account i was trying to set up a account. And when I put my card number in it said account confirmed it charged my card $7.55 each time but wouldn't verify my phone number.

I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:

The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.

keeps telling me my password is wrong!

HELP! I know the password is right!

Same bloody problem with my playstation, which until this morning was logged in on problem

This happened to me and I figured out that I had exceeded the number of devices I could be logged into at one time. Once I logged out of the excess devices, it worked on the new one without any trouble.

I am having the same problem. I can sign in using the Android app but not through the browser (a browser I had used to login before).

Logged into 2 devices but computer says password is wrong. Reset 3 times but after a few hours I get the same message. Rubbish to have such a stupid problem on such a large platform

I was having this issue too where I was only able to log in on the x-box and laptop and what I did was I went into my account on one of the devices I was able to log into. Scroll down and under settings click on sign out all devices. It worked for me and hopefully it will help.

I had this problem, spoke to online adviser today (09/04/20) they said to reset password to one just with numbers in. I lost the chat when I went to reset password but when I logged in again with numbers as password it worked on 2 separate devices. Not sure if she had done something to my account or it will work for everyone but may be worth a shot.

Can access most things but cannot stream a movie to my TV. Netflix advertising says: "Watch with a few ad breaks on phone, tablet computer or TV." Netflix app doesn't allow me to stream on my Samsung TV. Called and was told I need to upgrade to no adds to be able to view. False advertising and forcing customers to upgrade or buy new TV to stream movies.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They actually didn't do anything, I was able to finally figure out what was wrong with it and fixed it myself.

My ongoing issue with them is when I first get into the app and try to look for something to watch or start to watch something, it freezes . I have to log out and start all over. It just gets annoying to have to go through that every single time you wanna watch something.

I don't understand why. None of my other channels or sites do that.

I have Roku on two TVs in my home. I am the only one that lives here. So why can I not access Netflix on the TV in my bedroom if that's where I'm watching TV if I was previously watching it in the living room I apparently am not allowed to access it anywhere but the living room. Why I'm not paying extra money to watch TV and different rooms of my home if I'm going to do that I'll just go get cable or dish TV.

Preferred solution: Be able to watch Netflix on the TV that is in the same room I am in.. I don't think that's a lot to ask for. Don't want to watch it in every room at the same time.
