Keep giving me the run arounds,go online to reach the service we want to sort out our problem but we can't because the company is overseas in America with international numbers,i have no idea if we got one in New Zealand all that I want back is the money you have taken out of my account for a service I no longer have
Keep having problems watching Netflix on my phone and Xbox devices. Not the first time this has happened.
For the past 3 months been having problems a few days I pay the Netflix bill. And it's hard to get in touch with customer service because all the numbers is either not in service, no longer in service, or I get hung up on. Then when I call back I can't get anyone. Never experienced anything like this before.
Can't cancel my order because I can't never get to talk to anyone but Netflix has no problem taking money out of my account for this poor service.
Shaking my head. Wish they get it together or stop taking money out of my account and disconnect my service.
Netflix not working. Cant get anyone to answer the phone in customer service. Tried numerous numbers all recordings they are too busy , call back later.
